First full week post-job and first week of school for the kids. I'm going to quit all my bad habits and start all the healthy habits I've wanted to establish since forever!

Because my infodiet is mostly this site and YouTube -- i.e. A) meta-fedi, world literally burning, cats, tech is terrible, billionaires are awful, infra is crumbling, hateful people are hateful, B) full-time lifestyle bicyclists going on epic adventures...actually, that's almost it for YT since I cancelled my subscription and unsubbed to a lot of channels -- last night I finally caught up on UFOs and indictments. And wow.

Github has been intolerably slow all week. Is the beginning of the Microsoft Effect?

Everything that's (physically) wrong:

- Cannot focus on screen in mornings or evenings
- Unusual fatigue not related to sleep deprivation
- Feet numb, mostly right after waking up in the morning
- Teeth hurt (not very bad, but a new random symptom)
