One thing I've seen hinted at around one of GenAI's most popular use cases, writing emails, but never fully discussed:
Many emails I write I craft very intentionally and with great care, as I consider my writing to be the primary voice of my professional persona. I have not yet experienced an untrained GenAI model that can help me even get close. It might help with word choice on occasion, but the work to prompt usually isn't worth it, and the tooling I've seen doesn't allow for much nuance.
