One thing I've seen hinted at around one of GenAI's most popular use cases, writing emails, but never fully discussed:

Many emails I write I craft very intentionally and with great care, as I consider my writing to be the primary voice of my professional persona. I have not yet experienced an untrained GenAI model that can help me even get close. It might help with word choice on occasion, but the work to prompt usually isn't worth it, and the tooling I've seen doesn't allow for much nuance.

So when I was using Spotify (Electron app, I think?) and the sound got f'd, I assumed it was Bluetooth (price of Linux). But now I've been listening to Bandcamp in Firefox over same BT connection all day and zero issues.

So the TX DMV wouldn't accept my PA birth certificate as proof of citizenship required to renew my driver's license. The same one my parents kept in safe deposit boxes since 1975 and I just retrieved solely for this purpose (when I first got my TX license it wasn't required) (I have also had a passport, including a diplomatic passport at one time, and have never needed my birth certificate).
