Is Outlook even usable by persons needing accessibility accommodations? I can't even select certain text, even in the web version. On the web, you have to purposefully disable text selection, right? Someone went out of their way to make this product less usable.

Given an org addicted to what Cal Newport refers to as the "hyperactive hive mind", I wonder if the torturous UX of Microsoft email and chat products is a bug or a feature.
