When I have severe insomnia (in this case, until 4am), I feel ill the next day even if I sleep in (almost 11am this time). Like all the systems get thrown off and the result is mild nausea until they get reset by a normal night.

Hoping a fellow GNOME user could help here. I'm looking for a non-tiling window manager like Rectangle to use on PopOS. I've searched the web, poked around Reddit, and searched in GNOME extensions, and I can't find what I'm looking for. Tiling seems to be the only game in town.
