ISO a CMS that is block-based by default, where every block has an ID and, if it's not at the root level, a parent block ID. Can be any variety, self-host, SaaS, anything. Or even anything that could very easily support this.
@philomath gotcha. I'm the opposite I guess. 😂 Couldn't get Obsidian to work for me even w/ the outliner plugin. But I am still using it for longer form documents
